DNKa - Cover Base #0038 Flirty, 12ml / 30ml

Product Description

DNKa Cover Base #0038 Flirty is a gentle, light pink shade with a texture that stands apart from the rest of the line — notably soft and elastic rather than firm. Where most Cover Base shades are described as medium-hard, Flirty feels more pliable during application, which can make it more forgiving while building an even layer.

The consistency runs medium density, closer to liquid, and self-levels well across the nail plate. It holds high adhesion and pigmentation, doesn't shrink during wear, and resists chipping or peeling for 3–4 weeks.

Standard prep applies: mechanically prep the nail, clean with a 3-in-1 prep and cleanser, apply a dehydrator, then an acid-free primer. Build a foundation layer with DNKa Nano Base, Rubber Base, or Fiber Base and cure — 60 seconds LED/hybrid, 2 minutes UV. Apply Flirty as a leveling layer, cure the same way, then finish with DNKa Top No Wipe or Top Matt No Wipe.

It's a light pink shade in the same general family as #0034 Modest and #0026 Sweet, but the texture sets it apart — worth trying specifically if the standard Cover Base consistency hasn't felt right for you. Part of the DNKa Cover Base collection.

FAQ

How is Flirty different from Modest or Sweet?
All three are light pinks, but Flirty stands apart in texture — it's noticeably softer and more elastic than the standard Cover Base consistency.

Is a softer texture harder to work with?
Not typically — the elasticity tends to make leveling more forgiving, especially for less experienced hands.

Do I need a separate base coat first?
Yes, apply and cure a foundation layer (DNKa Nano Base, Rubber Base, or Fiber Base) before applying Flirty.
