Two things define how this shade behaves on the nail:
The base color itself is golden — warm, translucent, letting light pass through rather than sitting flat. Layered on top, "flash" glitter particles catch and reflect light independently, so the shine isn't just the gold tone doing double duty as sparkle. The two effects work together but come from different parts of the formula.
That distinction matters for building depth: one coat gives a soft golden wash with visible flash; a second coat deepens the gold without diluting the reflective particles, since they're suspended throughout the formula rather than concentrated in a single layer.
